I would highly recommend Neil Hallinan if you are looking for a responsive and very competent defense attorney. I was recently charged with felony sexual assault over a holiday weekend in San Francisco. Mr. Halinan made himself available and came to my aid. This was a very busy three day holiday weekend and he showed up big time for me. The DA was recommending no bail and the charge carried significant penalties.
