Dennis is an absolute doll! He helped me find an apartment when I moved back East from Denver, and now helped me find a Commercial space as a 1st time business owner. We were searching for a home in the Philadelphia downtown area (Center City, Bella Vista, Society Hill, Queen Village, etc.) and Dennis was very responsive to our calls and emails. He set up dozens of private showings until we finally found our new home. I would recommend him to any first-time or seasoned home buyer.
Dennis was a great asset during the whole home buying process. He has deep knowledge of the neighborhoods in Philadelphia, and an experienced eye that will pick up on things that a new home buyer may miss. During our search, he was responsive and willing to work around our schedules. He did an excellent job as a point of contact between the sellers, the title company, and our bank. Highly recommend.
