This is my fiance and I’s third time touring this high rise and after every visit, we are reminded on how amazing this place is. We toured again today and had Elisia and she has been, by far, the most knowledgeable and caring leasing agent. She went above and beyond to answer all our questions and was incredibly patient with us. We <3 Elisia!!!
When you lease from a luxury apartment complex and pay top dollar ($6k) you'd expect some value. There are car break ins every week and peoples cars are getting stolen as well. The security guards are always passed out or watching netflix on their phones so randoms are always walking into the garage. Most places provide community events, guest parking, and upscale atmosphere but Hallasan does not. They've had a total of 3 low effort gatherings over the last 1.5 years I've been here. So excited to move into Hallasan! Our apartment looks amazing, the pool, the gym — everything is beautiful! Shout out to Kimberly - we toured maybe 7 places but Kimberly was the only agent who was very proactive in knowing which apartments would work for us and which wouldn’t. We told her what we were looking for and she knew immediately which apartment to show us and it ended up being the one we went with !!!
Amazing leasing office experience! I have had many leasing office experiences but Elisia Morales is by far the best leasing agent I have ever engaged to. Elisia went above and beyond to answer all my questions, guide me through the process, and ensure everything went smoothly She was super friendly with the process and she provided every details that you would need to know as a future tenant.
