Did this provider show attention to detail? Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, they have a great website and are present in many online directories Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Was this provider's office too cold? It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
