RecommendedHad gone out this morning with my husband to window shop for possibilities for a new vehicle. Purchased my 2017 Pilot today from Pierre... I can’t be more pleased with the whole experience. Pierre was great, provided excellent service, and greeted me at the door. He listened to me, and truly wanted to help me find a vehicle. Matt and Steve were also great to deal with as well. They were all very up front, fair, and caring. We’ve purchased from Hall Honda in Elizabeth City before, and will definitely continue. Thank you for a great experience, and for making this purchase easy!
Stewart did not show any good customer service when initially meeting with us to negotiate a price for a vehicle. We were not seeing eye to eye so we were trying to negotiate with him and his response was he won’t have a problem selling this car so we decide we were not going to deal with someone who is very unprofessional when trying to purchase a vehicle. Also when he was initially meeting us for the first time you could tell on his facial expressions that he had an attitude and didn’t care what we had to say.
Buyer beware. Read the contract carefully. My daughter recently purchased a car from Hall Honda and was charged for air in the tires, rain-x on the windshield ($300) and pin stripping on the car. And come to find out the car didn't have a pin stripe on it. Their response was we give you the option to pick the color. BUYER BEWARE!! How many other people have been taken advantage of and not even knowing it.
Service and warranty coverage are terrible
Had a great experience with no problems or issues getting our new cars. Thanks to Michael Blankenship and the team at Honda.
