Went for an annual cleaning. The people in the office have no clue about anything. First, I walk in and they have my phone number down wrong. Then, they don’t take my insurance, even though that was the first question I asked them when I called. They were like “well you can pay cash and we can still see you” Who would pay out of pocket for routine dental care if you have insurance? Plus, theres a million other dentists in the area.
