Great service. Lori was amazing. She was very patient and helpful. It took me a few visits before I finally purchased my new car. I never felt pressured or rushed. and left feeling like I got a good deal and amazing service. Everyone we spoke with was friendly!
We have always had the best service here, even in oil changes, purchases, etc. They definitely stand behind their work, and I don't feel like I am being harassed to buy something new when I just want to protect my investment, which I give them 5 stars!
Working with Lori was an awesome experience. We emailed them on a Monday about purchasing a new Tahoe, they gave me all the information my husband and I needed to visit them in person. Our youngest daughter was sleeping when we arrived and Lori was understanding and willing to talk with us through our car window so our daughter could sleep. It was a great car buying experience!!! This was our second vehicle that we purchased in two years from Hall Chevrolet. Great buying experience from Sales (Rick Anthony) to the Sales Managers (Bryan/Eric) and finance. Everyone was very helpful and transparent; and most importantly concerned about meeting our needs and answering our questions. We considered other Chevy dealers while shopping around, but felt at home at Hall and knew this is where we wanted to make our purchase!
