MJR – I've been a customer of Halina's for 20 years. I've always received wonderful service and the staff is excellent and caring. I have tested out other facilities all over Texas and Halina's is by far the best value, service and skill base I've experienced. Thank YOU!
Best in Austin – I have been going to Halina's for some time now. Their services and staff are great. Halina's has had a recent makeover. It has been completely remodeled and this is why I decided to add my input. The place is gorgeous!
Wow! – I have lived in Austin for a very short time and have not frequented many spas to compare the experience or the atmosphere. However after Halina's I will not experiment with anyone else. very disappointed! – I felt very rushed when I was there. The Lady doing my eyebrows was going from one room to the next. Then when I was getting my manicure the older lady doing it got polish all over my cuticle. Then she started pushing me to buy make up from her,that I needed to get a facial and let them do my make up! I would never refer anyone to this business.
I feel the new SPA location is so unprofessional there was construction still going on when I was there for my service. The girl doing my pedicure didn't have hot water,she had to go to the Salon to get it. It was not a good experience. I would not recomend it to any of my friends.
The best massage I ever had! – I had a lot of massages in different places, but the best one I had at Halina's (44th street). And I highly recomend it!
Very disappointed – I went to the RR location because it was supposed to be a high-class day spa. What they don't mention in their website is that they are located in an apartment complex. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room area is enclosed by almost all windows, which means that you are fully visible from either the waiting room/front desk and the apartment units! Halina's on west 44th – Having just moved to austin the 44th location was easy to find with an experienced but not pushy staff. Toscha Reynolds is an excellent addition to Halina's. She updated my hair cut that still never fails to get compliements & colored my hair for the first time ever covering my grey effectively. The color is beautiful & natural looking. She took my skin tone/eye color into consideration & suggested which colors would best compliment me without being pushy. I felt very comfortable with her.
my hair – Thanks to the new salon upstairs and the wonderful colorist, I have beautiful hair. This makes the spa complete.
