Felt like my provider rushed to visits when it gets straight to the point and didn't explain herself much
Dr Karim listened well. She asked pertinent questions. She listened to the approach I wanted to take for my care. This is all important to me, and she did a good job of making me feel heard.
Dr. Karim has been my neurologist for many years now and that's because she an optimal professional, caring and knowledgeable doctor. She listens intently to how I'm doing and how current medications and treatments are helping or not helping. In my case I've suffered for many years now with numerological issues which result in systemic pain, severe muscle spasms and migraines. She does not review my file before visits. I am sent to Dr Karin since Beyer retired and the transition has been hard for me since he has followed me since diagnosis 25 years ago.
Dr. Karim is very attentive and listens to my concerns. She actually found an aneurysm that could very well have shortened my life because she asked about family history and determined I needed to be screened. I prefer to be proactive in my health issues and she is very helpful in this regard.

Love the nursing assistant and Dr. Karim was very good and caring about my health and physical. I was amazed that the time was sufficient to discuss my issues and Dr to confirm the proposed treatment and review my medical chart. I was satisfied by appointment and that my needs were met with a helpful concern.
