Terrible experience. I called first to see if they accepted my insurance and they advised they did. I had some dental work done and had to pay the full amount (with additional unusually high charges not agreed upon) at the visit. After confronting them about not billing my insurance, they finally did and I had to wait until they received payment and call them several times before they would send it to me. I had not been to a dentist in 5 years! I am a dental coward , and I was very nervous. I could not have asked for a more positive experience. I found the office to be clean and comfortable. The location is convenient for Flagler, Bunnell, and Ormond Beach. The nurse and the receptionist were very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Fraser is a true professional. Every time you go there is another Dental Hygienist.They don’t last 6 months with her. She is always trying to do additional work. With her she is all about the money. She also has a temper! Poor bedside manners for a dentist ??!

I NEVER write bad reviews...May; crown was dropped down my throat. July; new crown has ridge/packs food. August; after numerous complaints about the pain/throbbing they do x-rays and want $150! I asked to speak to Dr about charge (tooth should have been fixed in July but Dr. canceled to go on vacation) she accused me of walking out on my bill! Says she will fix BUT wants to fix a crown that I’ve had for years that doesn’t give me trouble! Oct Dr cancels appointment and now refuses to fix!!!

This dental office is by far the best one I have been too. Not only do they welcome you with warm smiles and are very friendly, they all are truly passionate about their occupation. The enivornment is very welcoming and clean. I am now not afraid of dentists because they make you calm and get the job done right. I recommend this to everyone.

I would NEVER recommend her,she's a nightmare. Went in for 2 root canals after an accident, when I woke up from the pills she gave me one of her office girls said that she pulled a tooth. I never knew or gave her permission. After a week in pain, I went back she took an X-ray and said it was fine. Still hurting I decided to see another dentist (5 second opinions) told by all that it was a failed ROOT canal $3200. And she won't see me cause I went to for other opinions Not THAT I WOULD.

Crown placed poorly leading to decay of original tooth. It smelled and rotted out of my mouth with no concern from staff. She was unwilling to fix the tooth after numerous attempts to contact her. Stay far away from this dentist. She just wants your money, that's the sad truth.

I have been a patient of Dr Fraser fore the last 9 years and would not even consider anyone Else .She and her Staff have been far above average consistently and have far exceeded my expectations .Office manager Jennifer is second to none in making me feel at home .I actually look forward to my visits .I give her and her staff a five plus

Be wary Very wary Make sure that the tooth being worked on is the tooth that you had discussed when making the appointment. I scheduled my visit for one tooth( pre-authorized with insurance). When I sat in the chair, they wanted to prep and work on TWO other teeth I had not authorized. The explanation...they couldn't do anything for the first tooth. Why not tell me beforehand and discuss the next step. Also be aware of out of pocket procedures that aren't necessary.
