Community Health Team Fails you especially when you need help in certain areas where they either reject you on a email correspondence in a verbal attack by rejecting your voice of concerns in what areas you may need assistance or help with to navigate your situation especially in government levels who are the most challenging departments that intend to fail you the most. Leaves you feeling hopeless and most of all vulnerable.

The expertise, kindness and compassion of the community Health Teams staff is wonderful. I highly recommend the programs they offer. Thank you all. Happy New Year to each and everyone with Community Health Teams.

unreliable front desk staff. i used to go here for mental health purposes and 90% of the time i (the client) have to do THEIR job for them. my last meeting was interrupted by construction and terribly loud noises that i wasn't let know of beforehand so we had to cut it shorter and i was told by my psychologist that the front desk would call me the next day (which was friday) to schedule an appointment...the next day, nothing. a couple days go by and still nothing. it's WEDNESDAY and i had to call and schedule an appointment ... read more

The booking and communication by the staff here is unbelievable. My partner has tried repeatedly to get an appointment with their psychologist here and nearly every single attempt is met with some sort of scheduling error. Several times we have arrived only to hear that their psychologist is already seeing someone else because the desk staff booked two appointments in one slot. Multiple times we've been told that we will receive a call from the front desk to schedule appointments, but we've learned we have to stay in the lob... read more
