I’ve been taking my bike to Halifax Cycles for maintenance and repairs for many years now. The people who work there are friendly and knowledgeable, and adept at dealing with a wide range of different kinds of cyclists and bikes, from European-style city bikes (like mine) to road bikes to mountain bikes. Courteous, professional and honest advice given to us regarding the training wheels and the short axle issue for my 9 year daughter’s bike.
This company clearly does not want my business. I have left two very polite and detailed messages including my name and phone number and the reason why I was calling And no one has bothered to return my call. This is my first time getting my bike looked at and fixed I'm nervous about everything I'm trying to make sure I'm doing the right thing and bringing it to the right place because I don't have a car and I need to have information and this company cant even return my call.
