Half Penny Management recently took over ownership of Elkins Park Gardens and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The property manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. I am writing this review regarding concerns with the property management and maintenance services at Bryn Field Apartments. Rent increases by $100 annually, yet maintenance issues remain unresolved, and it is difficult to contact Half Penny Management directly, as calls often go to voicemail. Additionally, maintenance requests are marked as completed without addressing the necessary repairs, and the maintenance staff dismisses issues such as malfunctioning ovens that burns food. Not people friendly. Won't accept any form of money for rent. You have to pay through an app, then they charge you $2.49 to pay your rent!! Presently they are raising rent $100 a month for everyone and have been since the pandemic.
Arrowhead Court Apts During my residency here there were multiple infestations of BED BUGS, in J, H & B buildings. There were cockroaches, as well as stinkbugs, poorly sealed windows, mold and squirrels / mice in ceilings. Drug use is a major problem in this complex and management does little to handle the issue.
