I have been to the Gulfport location several times and loved it. Yesterday I made a "call ahead" for tonight. My husband and I get to the restaurant and give them our name. The hostesses tell us they do not have our name. Instead of making it right they just told us that the wait time is 35 to 45 minutes which we couldn't do because we had prior engagements to make after eating, which is the whole reason why we called ahead. Very classy , excellent food. Waitstaff was prompt and very knowledgeable about the menu and specials.
This USE to be my favorite restaurant when I came to town but not anymore. We were with a dinner party of 22 on 12/27/2016 and the manager and hostess were so rude to our party. They seated 15 of our 22 and said the other 7 had to wait another 45minures to an hour because our contact person did not give her the correct headcount. This was my first time here and I absolutely loved it! Our waiter Phong was amazing. His service was great and he had awesome recommendations!!! Will definitely be coming back when I visit the Gulfport!
1st time visiting, oyster orleans (grilled) were amazing; the sweet potatoe creme brûlée was a nice addition and the crab fingers were delicious. We'll definitely visit again; the service was excellent + very friendly waitress.
I love everything on that menu great service to never a problem at gulfport or at hard rock
