I go to Half Note Lounge every Thursday to see Bela Dona band and i LOVE it! The food is great and i get exceptional service in the dining area. Going to the BAR is a little challenging. I have to start bringing cash so i can tip the bartenders $10 to $20 each so i can get VIP at the BAR area when needed.
The atmosphere was very nice,,,lot of women.. Bella Donna was super good
The lounge is very nice. When there are regular events the service is A1. I find every "DC Paint Night", the service is substandard. The food comes out pretty quickly. The drinks/bartender moves very slow from socializing with patrons.
Always enjoy the location and music; however, the service is always an issue. I ordered one Mai Tai, and I took over 40 minutes to receive. In fact, I received my food, an order of chicken wings, before I received my drink. It was not busy or packed, but the wait staff could not explain what took so long.
I Always have a good time no matter what day it is, The Carribean Fundraiser for Hurricane Relief Concert Was Awsome all good Vibes I would recommend this Lounge to any1
It was a nice first experience. The waiter was very nice in accommodating our party. I will return.
Our server was efficient. The fried chicken was excellent, juicy on the inside & crispy on the outside, along with seasoned collard greens & a baked sweet potato. All piping hot & fresh!! The Bela Dona band was on point as usual!!
It was nice, I just don't do the club thing, but the food was very good.
Went to Sat brunch... Food cold... never had all the items on the buffet had to continuously wait for items or come back to get back into a long line
