Good morning i'd like to know how to go about making a complaint. Yesterday when I was in your establishment I ordered a ciroc punch, catfish and macaroni and cheese. I informed the server that the catfish was to salty I then asked if he could replace it with chicken instead he replied yes. A hour and a half goes by and I had not receive my order for chicken. I really enjoyed my first time at Half Note Lounge. The staff were very professional and polite, the food was delicious and the bar drinks and service were excellent. It was a perfect place to meet new friends and to have a nice time. I look forward to introducing Half Note to my friends and making it my Saturday night hangout spot.

Thank you to the Management of Half Note. We had a dress code issue and it’s was handled by management very professionally. We enjoyed ourself immensely!! My husband had a great birthday!! And the food was good!
Had a great time celebrating special birthday moments with my friends!!! The music is awesome you will not be able ro restrain from dancing; the food is amazing: it is finger lickin good; and the mood is just right for having an amazing good time. Ample parking available and free admittance if you arrive before 8pm!!
We always enjoy this establishment. The soft sounds great food excellent service and spectator atmosphere always makes me feel great!
The food was good. The atmosphere, ambiance, and music was also on point. Despite our server NOT being on point, my Cousins and I had a nice time.

Went there for Sunday Brunch, first time going. Service was ok. Foods that were excellent were the waffles, fried chicken, grits, corn beef hash & free mimosas.
