After dealing with "big box" car care centers and getting screwed, I went to a "husband and wife" shop, thinking they would be honest, fair and professional...NOT!! Trying to get my car inspected at the last minute because "husband and wife" shop "forgot" about my appointment, I came to Haley, on the verge of tears. We have always had nothing but good experiences with them except for this one time when my husband had taken my vehicle in to get the oil changed and they put twice the amount of oil in then that is required. We took it back and they fixed the problem no questions and no apologizes and no explanations as to why this had happened.So other than this one incident in over a two year time period we are mostly satisfied with the service that we receive.
Had a great experience with Shane Callender as our salesman. Haley was able to get the exact vehicle that we were looking for. Shane sent me text updates throughout the process and checked in afterwards to confirm we are happy. He knows his product well and the process went smoothly. Thank you Haley and Shane Callender!
The front door actuators on my Toyota Sienna have failed not once, not twice, but FIVE times since 2013. Toyota refuses to correct the problem because the vehicle is out of warranty. If the issue had been fixed properly the first four times, I wouldn't be sitting here for the fifth time with the same problem. Clearly, my doors failing to lock or unlock is a safety issue. Clearly, the repeated problem is a Toyota issue. If Toyota chooses not to make this right, I will no longer choose Toyota.
Literally the worst customer service I've ever delt with. Showed up 3 minutes late to get a key made was greeted by 4 sales reps mocking me and being of no help at all. Will never step foot in there again.
Great customer service every time I take my Scion IQ.
