Although I did not end up buying a car from this dealership, I couldn’t thank Nicholas enough for his help! His customer service is a step above. He didn’t make me feel pressured at all and made it known that his priority is to serve and help. Definitely will recommend using him as a dealer for anyone in the market for a new car.
Extremely slow and unorganized! It took them 2 1/2 hours to complete a state inspection and tire rotation!! I came a few months ago for scheduled maintenance (tire rotation and fluid check) and it took them 2 hours for that as well. I do not recommend this location for service!
I received great and speedy service today at Haley Certified Preowned. The staff was delightful. I would definitely recommend the service department, and ask for Raman Kumar... he was very attentive.
Employee will shackleford is a sexist, racist pig. He called me the *c word because I called him out on a racist post. He shared upwards of 30 racist memes degrading black and Hispanic folk. No one should shop at this dealership or give Will business. Don’t employ racists.
Cannot imagine taking my car anywhere else. The service writers, technicians and GM have always provided me with honest and fair recommendations and completed the work in a timely fashion. I’m a second owner to my Solara convertible but Haley Toyota treats me as if my car was new! I will be a Toyota customer as long as this service and sales group is on Midlothian Tpke! Thank you especially to Raman and Alan!
Great service most of the time but I am very upset about filling the safety exam because of attentive rearview window on a car I've been driving for three years I just left the Glashop wasted my time going there and they said that it is nothing wrong with my rear view window matter fact a state trooper did stop me for the tinted glass on the side and he did not cite me for my rear view window brake light tent ridiculous waste and customers time
