This office personnel are horrible. They have a “so what” attitude. I called the office twice before 12 noon and never received a call back. I called again at 4:30 pm and was told the do I had already left. Seriously? No follow up? I’m dealing with a kidney stone and only want a KUB ordered. The whole front office staff need to be fired.
Dr. Zimmer is extremely knowledgeable, but also very personable. She takes the time to listen to any concerns & is very thorough. I highly recommend her!
