We have been going to Hales for 4 years and both kids are happy to see our rotation of doctors plus we have another one on the way. I love how we are always able to get in if we call at the last minute. The doctors are direct and answer any questions we have even when I just make a phone call in, they always return my call. Very happy with the office staff and customer service.
The after hours answering service is awful - beyond terrible
