RecommendedI LOVE Hales Pediatrics. We see Dr. Oates and she has been amazing!
Great Doctors and Great Staff. You never wait more than ten minutes here to be seen. You are in and out. The office is very friendly to children and when the child goes back they aren’t intimidated by check up tables and traditional hospital decor. Everything in the office is intentional . I just recently left New Orleans and I’m not sure if I will ever find a better pediatric clinic again. 😫😓
There are great doctors and great staff. Thank you for always being there when we need help. We have been seeing Dr. Hales for at least 30 years.
Treated me with empathy and compassion from birth through young adulthood and now Dr. Hales is continuing in that same method with our son. He has excellent bedside manner, always gives clear advice, time to process information, and welcomes questions and dialogue. Very friendly office staff and additional doctors within his practice. He has the fastest hand for administering shots to our son and is a master at the art of distraction so he barely has time to register what is going on when it’s time for a shot. We love the care we receive at Hales, from the second we step in the door all the way to check out. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and all of the doctors are so patient and loving to my baby!
I started coming to Dr. Hales 13 years ago when I was pregnant with my son. I was looking for a pediatric doctor near my home and he was the only one who would meet with me and answer my questions as a new mom. Now both of my kids come here and we love it. The wait is minimal and the doctors are caring. I even get my flu shot here because they use baby needles.
We've seen the majority of the docs, and they are amazing. being a first time mom, I sometimes feel like I'm asking dumb questions, but they never treat me that way. they've given great advice, and the office isn't clinical feeling. I especially recommend Drs. Thomas, Haydel, Gorman, and Oates. They can also always get you in if you have a convern.
Dr. Hales is amazing!!!! When we moved here 4 1/2 years ago I was worried about finding a decent doctor for my children. They had the same one since they were born. We met Dr. Hales and he was wonderful!!! He made my children very comfortable and now I have one turning 18 in 2 weeks. He’s nervous about finding a new doc and Dr. Hales assured us he won’t stop seeing him right away. Thank you for everything!!!
