We are very pleased with the service from Hales Chimney Cleaning and Repair. Our chimney had not been cleaned in years. Jason inspected and cleaned our chimney and fireplace insert. He cleaned the insert completely and even cleaned the glass windows in the front. He moved and replaced our furniture and covered our carpet. He was very professional and courteous. They were very honest, courteous and did above and beyond! We expected just a chimney clean; they also inspected the dryer vent and chimney for any leak points or cleaning. Took pics to show me and instead of trying to make a larger sale...they were honest and suggested it could wait and be done in 6-12 months for the dryer vent. And caulked a spot that was originally missed by the builders on the chimney at no charge! We will use them from here on out!!!!!!! See y’all and 6-12:) Thank you again!!!!!
As we are preparing to sell our home, we needed to have the chimney cleaned and repaired to satisfied the new owners. As if the selling and moving wasn't stressful enough, right. I contacted 4 other chimney companies, Hales was the only one professional enough to call back. From the callback to techician, they responded to the urgency in addressing our needs while also providing outstanding service. We had nothing short of fantastic service from Hales. We needed some major work on our chimney in our house which was built in 1956. Hales was professional, friendly, and their work was excellent. We will definitely be calling next year when our fireplace needs to be cleaned!

Hales Chimney Cleaning - Wouldn't Recommend They arrived 1.5 hours late for the appointment. They did call but said they would be only 1/2 hour late. Very pricey for cleaning and spent all of 15 minutes on the job. Recommend shopping around first. You can get a very fast cleaning job for $40-$50 cheaper.
