Be professional with your client I wasted my time from 1 to 5pm waiting for the Technician he never called me, the excuse me !.. communication system didn’t worked, after I double check my schedule appointment , therefor, I lost money and time with my clients because you guys couldn’t do your duty, btw apologies won’t pay me back. Thanks for your no services...
RecommendedTechnician was polite and professional. He gave DIY solutions to fix small problems with our fireplace. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a chimney sweep.
Called this company 6 months ago to repair water leak! The person by the name of martin did the so call work! He told me that the leak was repair when rain started the wall started leaking again !!! The bill was $3322 !!!! I contacted the company and asked to talk to owner never got a call back...so the second time. Martin came out he told me is was the flashing and that it would cost me $4000......Wow....McCormick family Rowlett Texas.
Terrific! Clean, neat, courteous, professional. He came to clean the chimney, but advised what could be done to make things better, besides the cleaning. I feel safer and informed. I am so glad we found Hale's.
They were very nice, kept the area clean, and informed us on best practices. Spent time looking and inspecting and were able to make repairs on the spot. Would highly recommend!
We have a house that we are going to put up for rent and the chimney hadn't been cleaned in forever. Maybe never! Jason came out and cleaned it and was very polite and helped me decide what needed to be done to get the fireplace in working order. I was very happy with their service and from the time I called them till they came out was fast. I'm 100% happy with the call!
Hales Chimney is incredible, definitely the best Chimney cleaning service around. I highly recommend them to everyone around.
