RecommendedMartin and Francisco did an amazing job for me today! I needed cleaning and gas logs which they installed and even painted my ugly fireplace interior so the entire effect now looks so great! They also spent a lot of time teaching me how to utilize it and we talked about fire safety with young children. All in all, I'm very happy with the Hales experience today.
I’ve used Hale’s at my previous home and now at my new one. Each experience has been exceptional. Today Clint and Frank installed gas logs in my fire place. Clint has previously pointed out a bad gas pipe install by my builder ( which the builder fixed). Love the new gas logs and Clint and Frank didn’t leave till I was satisfied with the log placement etc. Hale’s is my go to for fireplace and dryer vent issues.
Word from the (regretfully) experienced: do NOT use this company! Here's what happened with us... We had a minor leak from the chimney and had the owner of our roofing company come out to inspect. He told us the issue that needed repair and to call a chimney repair company. I saw the good reviews on Hale and figured why not? Moises and team were awesome, my fireplace is like new again!! They were on time, figured out the problem, left no mess behind, it’s sparkling clean, price was fair and I have a fire again - YEAH!!! Can’t go wrong using this company - thanks for the awesome service!!!!
I want to give a big thanks to Clinton and all the team that works at Hales Chimney. I was having problems with my dryer vent . Before contacting Hales Chimney another company came to my house and could not find the problem. However Clinton was so profesional and has so much knowledge that he was able to find the problem and solution. Also Clinto was able to explain the problem because less be honest I do not have any idea about ventilation vents. Seriously I highly recommend them

Fantastic experience! Early! Fast repairs.Honest. Our chimney hadn’t been serviced for over 10 years. Not only did Hales fix several issues, very quickly...but they also counseled me about a compliance issue, regarding my previous flooring company. Hale’s respectfully taught me my hardwood should not butt up against the fireplace, it should have a tile surround. Martin and Johnny are very knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning the chimney. It has been a while since I had it cleaned and they explained what they did and what else needed to be done in a very professional manner. Don't pass up the chance to have them perform any chimney service.
