My first visit was very good. I can't say enough nice things about Dr Ford and his staff. From checking in to checking out it was a good experience. Dr Ford is very caring, thorough and suggested / prescribed some treatments for my skin problems. I'm happy to have found Paducah Dermatology and recommend them.

My 4 year old son has was looks like a bacterial flesh eating infection. Office said they couldn't get him in for over 2 months, he could be dead by then. Told us to come in and would work us in, drove an hour to get to his office, waited an hour, then told he had to reschedule. After begging for a nurse to just look at it and tell me if it is something serious, they wouldn't. Rude secretary and insensitive nurses!
Received a prescription for Minocycline to treat Roseasa. Medication caused severe ringing in one ear after taking for 5 days. After contacting Dr Fords office and speaking to the nurse she talked to Doctor Ford and indicating that the medication was not the cause of the ringing in my ears although the spec sheet from the pharmacist indicated it was one of the possible side effects. I will consult with an ENT doctor.
Dr. Ford is great, IF you can get in to see him. The office staff are so disorganized and rude. Appointments are frequently rescheduled for no good reason.
By referral, Dr. Halden Ford continues to treat my intrinsic skin conditions with good success. Dr. Ford has been calm and even mannered, and cheerful and reassuring with me. He gives a comprehensive exam and he takes a careful look before treating or prescribing. Our community has a limited number of qualified dermatologists, and Paducah is fortunate to have Dr. Ford in practice. Thank you.
