Dr Ford is very good, however the staff is terrible, rude, and they don't return phone calls When I tried to get an appointment the gal was very short with me, did not tell me Dr Ford moved his Benton office, gave no directions, and was snotty with me for asking!! Then comes billing!!! OMG!! I will NEVER go back because of his lousy staff and the headaches they cause. I will find a new doctor who has staff that will be helpful and polite!
