My siblings and I were very pleased with the service my mom received there. They came out the following morning after we called them to evaluate my mom to decide if she was at the point that she needed to be moved there. We filled out all the paperwork, they got on the phone immediately and began making arrangements with the in home hospice we’d been using for her, got all the bugs worked out and sent an ambulance out that very evening. Everyone that we interacted at Halcyon were caring and compassionate. They kept my father clean and comfortable. They helped us understand the process and answered any questions we had along the way. They gave us the support we need with a difficult family situation. My father was able to pass peacefully with his loved ones around him. I am so grateful to them for creating a caring and peaceful environment that allows people to cross over peacefully.
