Great experience. Super chill atmosphere, greeted by name upon arrival.. very friendly staff. I'd floated once when I lived in NJ years ago, but only for 60 minutes. 90 minutes is really perfect, especially if you're not used to it. It could take a bit to get settled, especially if it takes you a bit to get used to semi-enclosed spaces. Once you are, it's amazing. Just let go. Take deep breaths. My second time there... I love it! I have terrible anxiety and sleep problems. When I go in to float...the thoughts really do disappear and for a few nights I get restful sleep! I use to do meditation every day...I'm getting back into that again...the floating is like a reset button! Everyone there has been nice and it's so cozy after your float to have a cup of tea!
