Several security cameras are installed at our business, and one of them had gotten some moisture in it, which ruined the image. I phoned them just prior to Christmas, and spoke with Wes, who was very helpful. He told me that I could hire them for the 1 hour service charge costing over $190 to come to our site and remove the camera, so that they could run it in their lab and dry it out. I chose Halcyon because of all the 5 star reviews that proceeded mine. They installed 5 multifunction cameras around our home two of them have lights. These particular cameras give 24/7 monitoring. They also have a speaker and siren on them. The whole system can be monitored from anywhere in the world provided there is an internet connection. The piece of mind that the system gives our family far outweighs the price creating tremendous value
