My husband and I needed help with our home alarm system. We explained our problem to Glenn at Halcyon, and inquired about arranging a service call. Glenn expressed confidence that he could walk us through to fix the issue ourselves, thus saving us the time and expense of a service call. He spent at least half an hour on the phone with us talking it through, sending photos and links to videos to supplement.
