Estoy muy satisfecho, a todas las personas que trabajan aquí hacen un gran trabajo son muy amables , considerando que todo tiene un proceso fueron muy rápidos , tenía una urgencia necesitaba mis lentes para poder manejar y ese mismo día me los entregaron. Mi adquisición fue un examen de la vista y dos lentes por promoción 2x1 por un precio justo y accesible. Gracias
Walked in to get a set of glasses. I've never had glasses before. Was told where the men's and woman glasses were and that I coukd look. Looked for about 15 min Noone spoke to me Noone helped me. Walked out and Noone Said a word to me.
Just got back from getting fitted for my second pair of glasses. Got my first pair last week. Don't know the lady's name who looked after me but she was extremely nice and professional. Been going to Hakim/ Vogue since they were in the Bayers Road Shopping Center, and that's going back a few years. Never been disappointed in my glasses or the staff who have waited on me over the years. A huge thank you to to wonderful lady that waited on me today ❤️
well this is my experience at vogue optical bayers lake, first my eye exam,because of problems with looking at my computer screen and words little blurry on my phone, now even though I was told my eyes were fine the doctor still gave me a perscription for progressive glasses and told to wear all the time. now I trusted the doctor so therefore filled the perscription..well when I picked up my glasses and put them on I couldn't walk out of the door with them on, the girl behind the desk assured me that it will take time a week... read more
I am waiting for my glasses to come in as I have been to many places and this style suits me best, however this experience was very misleading. I was given the option and discussion of $165 or $225 for my lenses, the latter being them thinned out. At NO point was I told the anti scratch coating was an additional $109 on top of that, until I got home and took a better look at my receipt.
