The staff at Bayers Lake Vogue are always attentive, patient, and kind. They helped me pick perfect frames, consulted on style, and always made sure they fit my face and are comfortable. They are speedy and know their stuff! They also always have a great selection of cute frames, like Jimmy Choo (my fav) and Kate Spade. I will always come back here for my glasses. And I adore my designer cute frames!! Thank you so much!!
What a horrible place. Paid $130 for an eye exam and left with no prescription. What was the point? I would give this place negative 1 trillion Stars. The optometrist was super nice though
What a horrible experience. I booked an eye exam with these people so that I could take my prescription and buy glasses. After spending $130 on an eye exam I left without the ability to buy glasses. Can I ask you what the point of the $130 and the waste of 45 minutes was? I would give them -1 trillion Stars if I could. I have never been more upset with a business in my life.
Estoy muy satisfecho, a todas las personas que trabajan aquí hacen un gran trabajo son muy amables , considerando que todo tiene un proceso fueron muy rápidos , tenía una urgencia necesitaba mis lentes para poder manejar y ese mismo día me los entregaron. Mi adquisición fue un examen de la vista y dos lentes por promoción 2x1 por un precio justo y accesible. Gracias
Walked in to get a set of glasses. I've never had glasses before. Was told where the men's and woman glasses were and that I coukd look. Looked for about 15 min Noone spoke to me Noone helped me. Walked out and Noone Said a word to me.
