Was copied on an internal email where they bad mouthed a potential client (Me). Unprofessional and Rude.
worst appraisal experience i have ever had. do not use these guys. they are clueless and will screw up your appraisal. they charged $650 which is a rip off even if they were competant.
Bad practices, old comps., they dont do their job. Low appraisal and will screw up your loan. Now they think the are home inspectors. They are now telling you, that you have to do repairs before they will submit the appraisal. Look up the owner "William or Bill", the state put him on notice for the way he did an appraisal. Would stay away from.
Absolutely amazing these people were on time cheap and super professional.
If you want an appraisal that is not accurate, and your deal to fall through this is the place to go.
