False Advertising at it's best. Clearly lit up it states that they take Walkins, yet when my daughter and I "walk in" we were told you needed an appointment. Meanwhile an employee was sitting in a chair playing on the phone while the other 2 had 1 client each sitting in the chair and noone else were In the building! Please tell me again why you couldnt fit my 9 year old daughter and I in as it states you take "walk ins"! ? Maybe next time you'll treat someone else alittle more professional. My daughter had appointment to have her hair curled for her wedding no updo just curls and sprayed brought her own pens and hair clip piece. Told her it would be $20. Acted like they were going to turn her away. They said they tried to call her which they didn’t finally did curl her hair but charged her $30. To much unnecessary added stress on her big day
These ladies are great!! Took me right in and listened as I explained what my hair was like and what I needed and chose a great new style for me!! It looks amazing and everyone there was great!! Highly recommend them!!

Great experience!! Veronica did a great job on me and my kids! She listened to what we wanted and did exactly that. We were all three beyond satisfied with our cuts!
Had to wait a week for an appointment and then it was cancelled 2 hours prior.
I cannot say enough good about Veronica. She is amazing. She is very friendly. My hair is very frail post chemo so she was very careful and thoughtful. My perm turned out looking amazing! Very very pleased. I will be back for sure! Thanks again for taking a chance with me Veronica!
Oh Wow, I walked in today at 3:45 and Veronica told me she could cut my hair as soon as she finished with the person in the chair. I can't tell you how professional and super nice she was. I have been in this area for 4 years and have found nobody who could cut hair the way I was used to but Veronica asked a couple of questions about what I wanted and did such a great job you would think she had been cutting my hair for years. Veronica is one of those people you don't meet very often, she is a sweetheart !!
