This place years ago was owned by Dante. It was a well run business. He ended up selling it a person with zero experience in the salon business. She is rude, uneducated and crass. Bad hair done here, bad wigs and overpriced. If you want to be treated like garbage go there.
The woman that I made the original appointment with…asked me if I could come in for a later appointment…SHE suggested 7pm. I agreed. The DAY OF the appointment, she calls me at 1:15pm, asking if I can come in at 1 or 2. I explain that it is 1:15 now. Her response? Oh, well , I am here now. I'm going to give this shop a 3-star rating. I would have given it a 2-star rating, but I did stop in around closing, so I understand at the end of the day you just want to go home. First, the wigs were well over-priced for what they were worth. Some pieces were exquisite, but all were synthetic fibers and personally I could name many other establishments were I could find an at least 50% cheaper price and color ranges.
