Went in on 10/07/2018 for a scheduled 2:30pm cut and shampoo, I asked for a color to cover the grey as well. I left at 5:23pm with dye on my face, all the way around my hairline (about 1/2 inch from hairline!!), in my ears,..... APPARENTLY THAT HAPPENS AND WILL FADE IN A COUPLE OF DAYS!! BS!! I went back and apparently it had nothing to do with the fact that the stylist (using that term loosely!!) was over booked & left the dye in my hair 27 minutes beyond the timer going off, it was tingling!!
Walked in needing a 1 inch TRIM, I expressed that to the stylist Janeal. I told her I had been growing my hair out for years, tring to keep it long and even. She cut 4 -5 inches off, unevenly, and when done asks me how is it. When a sytlist does not listen to what you need or want, and does what they want to YOUR hair, this is not the place for you.
Terrible place, my 7year old requested a simple girls hair style just above the shoulders with simple bangs and she got layered lengths on only one side, longest length being above the jaw line and left side noticeably an inch longer than the right - back of head sloping to the right...just terrible, she didnt even receive an apology or any sort of remorse from the hair stylist that cut her hair when she went back in the next day to have it fixed then- we were told they were too busy then when I requested have my money back ... read more
