horrible experience here. asked for a bit shorter hair, and to clean up my split ends. janai cut my hair down to 2-3 inches long from 6-8 with tons of layers. I've never been so devastated with a haircut in my life. I even supplied a photo, if your not going to listen to your customer, perhaps you should be in a different line of work.
I am in love with my hair by Cassandra. I had dark dull hair and she brought me to a vibrant beautiful blonde. I was shocked at how blonde she got me with my hair still feeling like silk when finished. I wont ever go anywhere else. I highly recommend Cass for a color but really all the stylist there are amazing and you will definitely get what you came for.
I have been coming in for about a year now getting my regular haircuts and colors from Cassandra. She is very precessional and takes the time to listen and work with you to achieve whatever look you’re going for. She has never let me down and I always look and feel amazing when I leave! Keep up the good work!
