Hairific exceeded all my expectations. Silvana took such great care of me and made the whole experience feel comfortable and personal. She helped me find an amazing-quality wig that suits me perfectly, and her knowledge and kindness made all the difference. She also did a great job with a haircut on a wig I already owned.
