Came in for a free wig/topper consultation and it was a lovely experience. Chris was so easy to talk to and share my thoughts on the wigs with. Having trichotillomania, I was feeling embarrassed at the thought of someone seeing my hair, but Chris made me feel normal and comfortable. Looking forward to seeing these lovely ladies again.
My hair is thinning so I made an appointment for wig fitting. Excellent staff made you feel welcome. Very nicely made wigs. No pushy sales pitch. Cancer can make you very emotional. Would definitely recommend
Lost hair due to chemo. Made appointment with Silvana to choose a wig. I had no idea what a wig would be like. She showed and let me try nearly every wig in the shop.she was so patient, understanding of my concerns and what I was trying to find. After 2 hours of her help I found exactly what I wanted. The two hours spent was well worthwhile, i needed someone to help me feel good, confident and that’s what Silvana did. She is brilliant and really knows her job.i highly recommend her.
Hairific exceeded all my expectations. Silvana took such great care of me and made the whole experience feel comfortable and personal. She helped me find an amazing-quality wig that suits me perfectly, and her knowledge and kindness made all the difference. She also did a great job with a haircut on a wig I already owned. I’m so grateful, highly recommend Hairiffic!
