awesome haircolor/cut, great experience! – haircolorxperts is a great salon! their close location and awesome staff make every visit enjoyable. noelle has done my hair for quite some time now, and always manages to make it look trendy and funky. everytime she does my hair, I always get tons of compliments on it. she is especially talented in color, and I recommend her to anyone seeking a hair a unique and fantastic looking haircut!
This Place Does Not Know Color! – Goodness--I had a MAJOR hair disaster here! The colorist completely jacked my color up-- darkened it too much--then tried to correct it through highlighting which left it looking like I had gray streaks. It looked so gross, and the experience was particularly devasting as I am so fussy with my hair. AMAZING – I had a major hair color disaster and needed color correction so I made an appointment not really knowing anything about the place. I was hoping that according to the name of the salon they could help me. I had an appt. with Alisha, I walked in in tears and in 5 minutes she new exactly what to do and was getting started. Great cuts great color, overall incredible experience! – I am very bad about finding and sticking with a stylist and it had been 10+ months since I have had my hair cut or colored. I saw Noelle, twice now, once for the cut and once to color and she is awesome! The cut was great and my friends raved about it and the color...wow. You won't be sorry... – I highly recommend HCX! I have been going there since 2004, and have no plans of leaving there! Nydia has done my hair since day 1, and every time she has done an amazing job. My hair can be a challenge at times (fine/thin), and Nydia makes sure that my hair looks its best! The best experience ever! – I have never had a better experience in a salon. You come in and are greeted right away and they offer you a great cup of coffee and then you meet your stylist and thry actually listen to you. I have had "consultations" where the stylist just does what they want any way NOT HERE they have always made sure they know exactly what I want. STACIE IS THE BEST!!! – I have been coming to see Stacie Bauer for the past two years. My color and cut has always been beautiful. Stacie has great communication skills and can make excellent recommendations for correct coloring and styling. She is always "in the know" of the latest trends and styles and has me looking and feeling beautiful each time I see her. Incompetent staff – I have been to this salon numerous times for coloring service- always with good results - However, I recently scheduled an appointment days in advance. The day before the appointment someone from the salon called to confirm the appointment. When I showed up on time for the appointment - they could not find it andhad no record of it.
