Won't Go There Again! – This was my first time (subsequently also my last) going to HairColor Experts. As I sat down, my "stylist" and I went over the color that would be best for me, was told that highlights would be great even though I did not want them at this point. We continued on, things went ok, nothing to brag about however, especially for the money spent. I love Lauren at Haircolorxperts in Cary! – I love Lauren at Haircolorxperts in Cary! I went there last month for highlights and am still amazed by what she was able to do. Everyone keeps telling me how much they love my new hair color and I owe it all to Lauren.

April was wonderful to talk to about every aspect of my style and personality. She listened to all my information. April has a sweet demenor and a great eye for choosing the color and cut for me. Great colorists, stylists and waxers! – Vicky is my main stylist but I've also been to Lauren. They are both fabulous! I left my previous stylist because she wasn't very friendly and never listened to me in regards to my color and never got it quite right. Vicky offered to call my old salon in CT (where I lived previously) and make sure I got the color I wanted. The only criticism I have of this place is the whole inclusion of "Brown Betty" which is apparently dye for the "hair down there" (including, yes, hot pink). Not onl... read more

I appreciate your great comments about Vicky and Lauren. They are excellent stylists and good people also. The "Betty" product we have for sale is discreetly packaged for take home use and was actually invented by a woman. We have sold quite a bit of it and so far only one man has purchased a kit. An interesting fact is that we have sold far more hot pink than any other color. According to the manufacturer, the typical purchaser is a woman, 50 years old or over. Great atmosphere and a super talented stylist! – I've been going to Haircolorxperts at Maynard Crossing for about a year now, starting when my stylist, Erin S., began working there. I went to Haircolorxperts a few weeks ago and was astonished by the care and attention to detail that I received from my stylist. I highly recommend a visit to Vickie Armstrong. She gave me great suggestions to update my look and was honest about what would look good with my skin tone and personality. When I left the salon I immediately felt confident and stylish, something that rarely happens when I get my hair done. I know that I?ll be seeing her from now on!!
