Over priced. Not crazy that owner expects tip, "as that pays for her health insurance". Owners should not expect a tip. And customers should not hear this, from owners, as customers.

Went for my first appointment recently (new to the area). Didn’t know what to expect. Although a fair size shop it was a very calm atmosphere. I was very pleased with my colour and cut and the fair price for both. Uses good quality products for hair colour. Also good hours if you work full time. Wonderful and accommodating service. Found parking easily directly in front of shop which is a bonus. Already made my 2nd appointment.
