The worst customer service experience I have had since finding out I was losing my vision. I called about a tanning package, went up there to purchase it ,was handed a sheet with miniscule writing and told to fill it out. When I told the receptionist who had been sitting there with her head in her hand that I couldn't read it due to an eye problem, she told me I either needed to go somewhere else or come back some other time because she was far too busy to read it to me.
