Always happy with my hair done there, been going for years, good prices in these hard days, good staff
I did a keratin treatment here, and at first, my hair looked smooth. But after a few days, I started noticing a lot of white flakes and buildup on my scalp (as you can see in the pictures). My scalp became itchy and uncomfortable, and I never had this problem before the keratin. I followed all the aftercare instructions and used sulfate-free shampoo, but it only got worse. My wife had a horrible experience there they burnt her hair and it basically fell out in areas it almost looks like she had her haircut when my wife went back to get her hair done again she requested another person that is when she was denied and she was told that the owner would do it again to the same horrible results. My wife's hair looks extremely uneven in the back and she refuses to take responsibility
