Stylists that just don't care. They'd rather talk about going out to dance in downtown Saratoga then pay attention while cutting your hair. I've been going to the same stylist for the past three months - and at the first appt. she was wonderful. Second appt. she didn't do as great of a job, but hey, everyone has their moments. Third appt. and she cut my bangs a bit awkwardly. Fourth (and final) appt. she cut my bangs a good half an inch above my eyebrows....they've never been that way, and now I look like a half-assed Kristen Ritter or Rooney Mara wanna be. My mother also just had the same problem. We WON'T be going back. It's a shame. The prices are great and it could be a good store....they just have stylists that are in their mid-20's to 30's acting like they're in high school.

The perms prices are too high. How do seniors afford these prices? And that does NOT include a haircut.....I have always went to Hair Studio One in the past but now I guess I need to find another Salon that is cheaper..

Great place to have a hair cut – My son had a haircut and loved it. He definitely wants to go back. For a teenager to like it, they must have done a great job. We are going back today for another cut. The only pitfall was that the stylist wasn't familiar with a few of the products being sold.
