Frankie did an amazing job cutting my son's long hair into the perfect short cut yesterday! It was our first visit to the salon, but the receptionist knew exactly who to pair him with. Frankie exhibits both expertise and a great personality. We live in Austin, but will make the drive over as regular customers. Thank you; mom and son are both impressed and happy!
I have worked with multiple different stylist and each time has been amazing. They are always friendly and welcoming. Multiple times I have come in with hair I messed up with boxed dye and they were able to save it. I don't trust anyone else with my hair.
Have been there one time. Had to wait over 30 minutes for my SCHEDULED appointment for a pedicure (would recommend going as a walk in to a nail salon for faster service). And make sure you read all the print on gift cards from them. It states "Congratulations! You have just received a gift card from hairstudio52+DAY SPA use it as a debit card for any services in our salon & spa or to purchase any of our exclusive products." And then is wrote in $50 towards any hair service. They will only honor the gift card for hair service... read more
I go to Taylor to get my hair colored. I had never had this done before until I met Taylor. She is so friendly and knows what she's doing. I absolutely love my hair! Thanks to Taylor!!!
Donald Kimber has done my hair for years! He is awesome as a stylist and his expertise is very evident. I am totally comfortable letting him decide on styles or colors and yet he is more than willing to do just what I ask! He is honest with opinions or ideas and his personality tops it off! Nothing you can't talk with Donald about! He has become a friend for life and I will always love his work! The salon is beautiful and very clean! Their service is awesome and prices are just right!
The day I walked in to have Donald do my hair for the first time was one of my lowest days. I have Lupus, which makes everything very sensitive along with hair loss. I told Donald and he made it clear he completely understood and I would look fabulous and feel fabulous when I left, and he was RIGHT!
