I went to Studio 28 a few times and each time I found myself dissatisfied with the service. The salon is very nice and chic, definitely the look, comfort and atmosphere of a high end salon. The owner needs mentoring on listening to its customers. He doesn't adopt very well to a style that fits the customer liking not his liking. This is when it went wrong, I disagreed with the owner stylist on what he proposed vs to what I wanted, and he basically did a half fast job showing displeasure on his face towards me. For my 50th birthday present, my friend took me here. Fernando worked magic, he colored, highlighted, and cut. I am so happy with the results. I posted the pic on FB and had over 50 positive comments, from WOW to "you look beautiful and ten years younger" The cut is simple, and very easy to manage. Fernando understood how to keep my " natural, don't own a blowdryer, busy mom, but always look in control" look. He worked very efficiently. Cannot recommend him enough.
