Hair Production is not a reliable business. I have had my hair done their and it turned out yellow, with stripes. I was embarrassed as others would ask, who did your hair? I spoke with the owner he tried to fix it but not much luck. Damage already done. The lady at the front desk was rude. They made me feel so uncomfortable while there I wished I had gone somewhere else. I stayed because I was trying to allow them to make it right. I've been going to Hair Productions for years. They keep a specific hair color/ rinse for me when they have stopped selling the other colors. This product is perfect for my hair. They gave always worked with me and my crazy work schedule!
BEWARE!!!!!!! Been going to Hair Productions for many yrs and have never been treated so poorly, had my hair highlighted and it turned yellow and orange, tried to get intouch with the girl that did my hair named Erin and it took a month to actually talk to her, so then I spoke to the owner of Hair Productions to let him know that I WOULD NEVER EVER BE BACK. I will pay another hair salon to redo my hair. Beware of who you have do your hair there. They will not fix a mistake they made!! Just lettin ya know!
You will get a great cut, especially if you have hair that is hard to manage. They are great people, reasonable prices, and always helpful. They manage their appointments well so there is not a lot of excess waiting.
They are all very friendly and do exceptional work. You will not be sorry.
