Dante has done a wonderful job fixing the mess on my hair color. I went in with 3 different colors and came out with one amazing color and style. Very professional and knowledgeable about women's hair. Thank you so much!
My first (and last) experience was awful. Rachel gave me the worst haircut of my life...rudely chatted up her co-worker the entire 6 minutes she spent on me...didn't listen to a word I said of how I wanted the cut to turn out...and then had the nerve to complain about my tip (that she didn't deserve) being on a credit card. I have spent 3 weeks trying to fix a horrible cut that looks like a 4 yr old attacked me with scissors...and needless to say I will never step foot in that place again! ***!!PLEASE READ!! VERY IMPORTANT!!***Please don't be deceived by all these good reviews like I was. Customers are rewarded with free keratin treatments for leaving good reviews. Apparently no one at this salon knows anything about hair or manners. I went here to get my hair done for the Marine Corps ball. I have long hair but nothing outrageous like past my waist or anything. I asked for a simple updo and the response "Rachel" gave me is, "I don't know how you expect me to pin your hair up i'd need like a million bobby pins... read more
My first time here was today. Fun, funky place. Rachel did a fantastic job. I had color, highlights, cut and blow dry. I walked out feeling like a million bucks!! My husband loves it too.
I really enjoy going to this place... Jo always gives me what i want she is excellent in what she does, all the girls are very nice but not all know what they doing so PLEASE be CAREFULL !!!! my advice to first timers is to go to Jo, Rachel or Nannette, they are GREAT!!! but of coarse am faithful to Jo and i love her work.
STAY AWAY!!! I went there for my first visit and it is my last!!!! Walked out BUTCHERED!!!! I could have cut my own hair better. I can't even mask or hide it. I'll be wearing a baseball cap for the next week or two... I know where they got their name, after you leave, you'll be so mad and red, your hair will be on fire...
I love this girl Cristi ,I have found my new stylist, she cut my hair exactly like I wanted,my color is fabulous.... i wear black, and this is I didnt wear it all over my body she was very neat took her time and terrific . Not only was she a delight but the rest of the girl were great too , they really work as a team to make sure every one is ok and having good time. it is really nice to see a real salon with old fashion hospitality
