I am writing in response to the owner of HairOnEsrth. The truth is you dismissed me out of vindictiveness because I called Loreal to ask about what could have caused a reaction to my scalp. This is bullying and intimidating coming from an owner who is absent most of the time and is not responsible when a customer has a negative reaction from your product. It was Danielle's ( a Manager) responsibility to call the manufacturer, not mine which I ended up doing. This is negligence.
