This place serves nothing but food laced in love and taste-crack. I have never - in VA Beach or elsewhere encountered a place like this and I was raised in NYC (most restaurants don't survive if they suck). Highly recommended are the Chicken & Waffles, Meatloaf and the Caprese Stack. Beers are on point with over 200+ possibilities. The staff cares for its patrons and the mood is lively, energetic and passionate. Look no further for your favorite "local secret" - this is it.
Good food and cute bar waitresses. Sitting at the bar was quicker than 30-45min wait time for a table. But, I felt sorry for the bar waitresses and patrons sitting at the bar. It was roasting hot sitting there. I know that it's by the kitchen but no air flow what so ever. At least I know where to go during the cold spells of winter.
My husband and I went for brunch today.... We are very big on customer service!!! Our server had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS UNTIL IT WAS TIME TO PAY... We ordered The Pembroke not bad ...but the grits that came with was microwave taste plus their was extra dried...
Me and my co workers usually go to this restraunt quite often to get takeout. Usually im not much for writing reviews but when a restraunt is this good and has an outstanding menu and alcohol selection. The employees are all great. Especially Hannah which took 8 orders over the phone and not a single mistake was made, has outstanding customer service as well as carries herself with a professional attitude. Definately glad i found out about this bar\restraunt.
Holy hell ya'll.. 2 minutes from my house this whole time and I'm just now learning about it.. I had the Monte Cristo which was amazing, the raspberry coolie/dipping sauce that came with it was amazing,(blueberry would be even better) I will be a regular for sure. Kat was on point, I never had an empty coffee or Mamosa. Thank you Dale

The wait was a lil long...but it was around lunch time...so I understand... But the food was worth the lil wait!!! I couldn't eat it all..can't wait to go back!!! My new favorite place!!
