Had my hair done for a wedding and it turned out terrible nothing like what the picture I showed looked like. Not to mention they wouldn't refund my money due to the fact that "the stylist gets half of the price of the service and I don't wanna take money from my stylists" so terrible customer service I experienced. Wouldn't recommend this place.
I have been going to Hair Naturally for almost two years now. I am on my third hairdresser, not by choice, but because the first two left. It has worked out fine for me because I find that I like each new hairdresser better than the last! Sierra has been cutting my hair for several months now and doing a great job. She asks how the cut has worked and listens to what I am generally wanting, if I want a change, then always comes up with something that looks good. I moved to Bemidji from Minneapolis in 2015. Best exprience ever, I'm always afraid to get my hair trimmed because too much gets taken off. Very friendly atmosphere and excellent customer service! Nakita is awesome!

Awesome service n atmosphere..to top it..the heated towels after a shampoo is the bomb n the sink chairs vibrate!!

I absolutely love this salon! I have NEVER had a bad experience here. Everyone is so nice and super talented. I have thin hair and they use organic products that doesn't harm my hair and smells amazing. I love the massaging chairs and heated towels they use after they washed my hair. They also do a great job with eyebrow waxing too. I went in a few days ago and did a baylage hair color with a blue peak a boo.
