Did a real crappy job on my daughter's hair and refused to correct it. very unprofessional and rude!!
If I could rate zero stars I would! I'm new to the area and was looking for a cut and color. After researching online (Google review) I made an appointment at Hair Mechanix. The appointment took five hours and looked nothing like the reference photo. I called the next day to speak to the owner (as promised if you didn't LOVE your hair) and she wasn't in.
