Sage is still my go to, but I had to come in for a quick cut today without her being at the shop and she communicated with Miranda exactly what I wanted to get done. Edit 3/20/26: Kaitlyn always ensures that our experience at Hair Mechanix is a great one. As skilled as everyone else is, she is always our go-to and executes perfectly every time. The only opportunity that I see is for customers to be able to make multiple bookings in the same session on the app. I usually bring one or both of my boys along with me and when I schedule through the app, I have to make one appointment for one time, completely close out, then follow the same process for each cut.
